By registering with Keystone Commons, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ('Terms of Use').

Basic Terms

  1. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name.
  2. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  3. You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Keystone Commons members.
  4. You may not use the Keystone Commons service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  5. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links, and other content that you submit, post, and display on Keystone Commons.
  6. You must not upload any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
  7. You must not, in the use of Keystone Commons, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
  8. Any loss of, or damage to, data is not the responsibility of Keystone Commons. Use of this service is at your own risk.
  9. All content created on Keystone Commons must follow the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) currently in place for your school and/or district.

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Keystone Commons account. While Keystone Commons prohibits certain conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that Keystone Commons cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and, despite our best efforts, you may be exposed to such materials.

General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to modify the Keystone Commons service for any reason at any time.
  • We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via an appropriate method. What is a 'material change' is at our discretion
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
